Start loading test cargo crane with note that all steps are done carefully at low speed:

Move the cargo crane to an easy place to hang the water weight bag to the cargo crane.
Move cargo crane into checking position.
Pump water into the water weight bag until the load to be tested is reached.
Lift the cargo crane up and down left and right, try to brake suddenly.
Perform cargo crane testing with different load levels.

Continue pumping water into the water weight bag to check for overload.
Braking and hanging the cargo crane for 5 to 10 minutes.
Record and mark the data and then hand it back to ship.
After test, the water weight bag should be discharge water and removed from the cargo crane.
