2/ What Do We Repair Inflatable Lifeboat/ Rescue Boat in Vietnam?
– Arrange technicians to come on board of the Vessel. Lower the Boat by crews then transferring the boat to the workshop .
– Cleaning the rescue boat and dried, leakage test by the air pressure 0.3 bar for all air compartments. Leaking holes will be marked
– Cleaning the damage areas, used the farbic rubber tapes and repair kit to patch the leakage holes
– Air pressure tested with proot 0.3 bars and checked leakage at all surfaces of the boat. ( Working pressure 0.25 bar). Kept pressure in 5 hours and not found any leakages
– Air pressure kept 0.25 Bars for all compartments.
– Return back the rescue boat to the vessel.
