Use enameled copper wire type EI – AIW ( Polyesterimide – Polyamideimide Enameled Copper Wire). Maximum temperature 220 Celsius degree for rewinding stator or rotor.
Air / steam cleaning, stove drying and varnishing of stator and rotor rewinding.
Dynamic balancing the rotating parts according to ISO grad 2.5 or more.
Reinstalling at Workshop
Shop test to be carried out and all technical data to be recorded and submitted on final documentations.
Delivery services to the ship and installing on site.
Recommissioning test and load test on board.
Final repair service documentation to be submitted on board of Ship.
