– Rewind the Stator according to the Workshop Procedure.
– Replace damaged details (Customer or material supply workshop) as agreed.
– Recondition/ modification damaged parts (if any) such as earing Shaft journals, Bearing housings, Rotor Shafts, Seals…etc.
– Drying the stator after wrapping with a specialized motor drying device and adjusting the drying temperature over time to ensure quality.
– Complete installation of Motor at the workshop.
– Measurement of technical parameters.
– Test run without load at the Workshop, the technical parameters of the Motor have to be measured/ tested such as Mega Ohm, Ampre, Voltage .. etc.
– Handing over products to customers including technical documents after repair/new winding
