2/ What Do We Repair/ Rewinding Electric Motors in Vietnam?
– Clean, visually check the external condition of the Motor when receiving it from the Ship at the Workshop.
– Measure relevant parameters if necessary such as Mega Ohm, Voltage…
– Disassemble the Motor, clean and check details such as: Bearings, Bearings Housings, Rotor Shaft, Rotor, Impeller, Key, Seals, Terminal Connection, Heating Coil, Brake…
– Inform to Ship Owner/ Ship Master of detailed technical status after disassembling
– Rewind the Stator according to the Workshop Procedure.
