Carefully checking pipelines arrangement to determine exactly position and dimension of overboard hole
Fabricate a wooden plugging in Workshop
Prepare all necessary materials, equipment for the diving team.
Meeting/ discussing the procedure with the Ship Master and Chief Engine for the job prior to the work carried out.
Arrange diver and wooden plugin to tighten the overboard hole.
Communication with diver team to confirm the overboard hole has already plugged
Slowly open Overboard pipe’s flange to check any water leakage.

Sea chest grating were found fouling heavily ( port, starboard, and Emer sea chest).
Rope guard under part had found disappear.
Propeller blade found fouling and slime estimate 30 % near to Propeller cap up to Imtr to propeller edge.
One of Propeller found mechanical damage ( edge had been broken and gone)
Minor ropes and fishing net found get stuck inside rope guard and had been removed by diver.
Rudder found fouling abt 60% iwo lower part.
